John Foudray, Director of Development

John has over 25 years experience in the real estate development and construction industries. He is a highly accomplished project executive with excellent professional track record driving residential, commercial, and light industrial projects in greenfield, suburban, and urban environments.

Although he has led projects in several states, Kansas City is dotted with many examples of his high-quality projects. His projects have received numerous local, state and national awards for design, landscaping, and historic preservation.

Mr. Foudray has a BS in Construction Science from Kansas State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Baker University.
